Once an exhibitor list (with email addresses) has been received, and an online shop (Expresso) has been set up for your event, we will send service emails to support exhibitors in preparing their stand for the event.
These include how to place an order and access the online shop (Expresso), important deadline dates, and reminders to ensure they have access to the best rates.
The emails we send will only display the services we are contracted to provide.
Where we have been officially contracted to provide Show Ready stand packages and Graphic services, we may contact exhibitors through a combination of channels including: email, direct mail, phone and SMS, to support selling this service to exhibitors.

It’s important to note that the number of emails sent will depend on when all required information is received.
Typical campaign timing
If an exhibitor list (with email addresses) is received at least 14 weeks before the first day of event build we will follow this send schedule:
We aim to send each email on a weekday during business hours and stick as closely to this schedule as possible – this is subject to change depending on when the exhibitor website (Expresso) is ready for online ordering and an exhibitor list has been uploaded.
The customer success team will aim to call and email the list around 1 week after a list is received/the Welcome email has been sent.
